Mark Krieger was a tennis professional for many years,which gave him firsthand exposure to the 
fitness industry and the people it serves. Healthy habits are critical to performance and become more so as a person ages. Mark can personally attest to the results of lifestyle changes for improving health and wellbeing.
His experience in the fitness industry, combined with his personal experience with healthy products and lifestyle changes led him to open a business through which he offers clients the opportunity to avoid toxic chemicals in home and personal care products and contribute to overall health with quality nutritional supplements and weight loss products. He has used that business as a platform for providing charitable organizations and other non-profits with a steady monthly income with little or no investment of time or money on their part.
Mark entered the small business networking world because of his business, but discovered that he had a real knack for connecting people. He took leadership positions in various networking groups to which he belonged, and started some of his own as well. He has taken that expertise and combined forces with Mary Redler, another avid networker to create Step Ahead Networking LLC.
He has also used his skills at connecting people to produce several business expos. This has evolved into what is now known as the New Horizon Expo.
Mark and his wife, Dr. Beth Krieger are involved in various charitable efforts, including the running of a clothing pantry at Young Israel of New Hyde Park, 264-15 77th Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY offering men’s, women’s and children’s dress clothing. The clothing pantry is open by appointment to anyone in need.
