Jacquelen “Jackee” Namwila, BCPA, EOLD

Jacquelen “Jackee” Namwila is a healthcare strategist, Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), Certified End-of-Life Doula (EOLD), and founder and operator of multiple healthcare and professional service organizations. With over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, she has guided hospitals, physician practices, behavioral health organizations, and entrepreneurs through strategic growth, operations, revenue cycle management, compliance, and patient-centered care. Known for her practical, compassionate approach, Jackee is passionate about improving healthcare systems while empowering patients, families, and providers. Her expertise includes serving as a New York State Court-Appointed Guardian and Court Evaluator under Part 36, further reflecting her commitment to protecting the rights and well-being of vulnerable individuals. Jackee is also a volunteer business mentor with SCORE, serves on several healthcare and community boards, including as a college advisory board member, and regularly volunteers in her community through local soup kitchens.
